ANDRÉ CHIANG
Rainforest Cuisine
Qi speakers Cathy Henkel and celebrity chef André Chiang are collaborating to showcase the rainforest’s hidden culinary gems.
Later this year, Cathy will be documenting André's trek through the rainforest with a leading botanist as he inspects and uncovers hidden rainforest foods, turning them into delectable morsels in his signature haute cuisine style.
The resulting rainforest cuisine will be committed to sustainable harvesting, and will enable the indigenous Dayak tribe to continue safeguarding the precious habitat they share with orang utans.
